Payment of the booking deposit for any booking that you wish to place with Pulse Entertainments & Toddlers 2 Teens Ltd. can be made over the phone, 7 days a week until 10pm using any major credit or debit card, or you can submit this form and select pay by cheque or cash at our party shop, then we will keep hold of your form until deposit is received - then we will send you a full contract.

Should you fail to pay the deposit then Pulse Entertainments & Toddlers 2 Teens Ltd. will not be supplying you with the entertainment you have enquired about.
