Hello Lisa, I just want to say a HUGE thank you for the FANTASTIC entertainment you provided at our son's christening (3rd May 2009), you really did make the day special, you not only entertained all the children but the adults as well and everyone made a point of coming to us and saying how fantastic you were.

I would and will be highly recommending you and your company to other friends and family. We are also sure that we will be hiring you again in the future. With reference to my daughters 21st birthday party on Saturday 5th August when we had one of your Disc Jockey's to entertain our guests. We chose Lisa Kelly and I would just like to say she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. We had a wonderful evening and everyone really enjoyed themselves. My daughter Anglea will have a wonderful night to remember due to Lisa playing the right music and entertaining every-one. Please pass on my thanks to Lisa, I know my husband and I thanked her on the night but we would like to thank her once again. Points to consider when booking your entertainment

1. Does the DJ/Act have an office where you can go and meet them in person if need be or do they work from a bedroom/garage?

2. Look for a full postal address. Do they hide behind a PO Box? If so how can you trust them?

3. Please look for DJs / Entertainers that just use a mobile phone number, with no landline. You are probably aware how easy it is to change your mobile number. What happens if your entertainer lets you down and you can't get them on the phone. Why risk it?

4. Does the entertainer take a deposit? If they don't take a deposit from you then they can easily let you down. You have no guarantee, no security and no confirmation in writing. This is likley due to the DJ / Entertainer not being a tax payer and legit. Watch out for this!

5. Do they have genuine public liability insurance and PAT test certificates, if they don't then there is no cover for you just in case!

6. Will they smoke whilst at your party? If so how many times will they be going outside?

7. Can they take a deposit using card payments i.e. Visa/ Mastercard etc. If not, why not? This is easy to get if you are set up correctly and when your bank trusts you.

8. Is the DJ friendly towards you and any kids in the audience? Are they police checked or do they have CRB. This is one of the biggest risks people take, you don't know who you are letting entertain your children.
